Belonging to a world that was filled with beauty and power, one figure perfered the later far more than the first. If he had the chance, he would crush the first. Zercius, one who was feared above all others in this world, pulsed his power in irritation. This world would eventually fall. He had one visible red eye that glowed, and it was staring at his right hand man. Time and time again females from Mother Diava’s perfect little society had only delayed the inevitable. Victory would be his! That he swore.

Zercius cursed out loud, shaking his fists in the air, and shot his powerful attack high in the sky for no apparent reason. The power he had that made him so dangerous was a poisonous kind of energy. This energy corrupted or distorted many things. He even corrupted Kasra for awhile, one of the more common enemies he had to face. This girl was powerful but was a obstacle he had to remove. It didn’t help more and more characters were forming that posed a threat to his entire plan. What that plan was, only he himself knew. He had a band of followers that wanted to have power, and power he gave them.

Annoyed once again at the thought that even with all his powerful allies he had been losing, he shot forth another powerful energy blast, this time directed in the direction he knew those good, beautiful people lived. He knew his blast wouldn’t do too much damage, but at least it was a warning shot that would no doubt corrupt something. If only Zercius knew just how much this random shot of energy would have on the course of history…

Mother Diava watched outside the walls of her safe haven. Walking slowly in elegance, she knew that it would only be a matter of time before this war they were having would end. Her overconfidence never was always something that she knew she had but never took the time to fix. She was the protector. She protected things. There was no point in fighting herself when she had such amazing warriors that could do her fighting for her. She smiled at the thought of her pride and joy…her very finest warriors. Who knows what they were doing right now? No doubt doing good for the world.

“Heh…haa...” One of those finest warriors, Kasra, was having a duel of sorts with Cerinthia. Cerinthia was a friend of hers, a small friend, but a friend nonetheless. This friend was very unusual for this world. A rare creature. Normally, female citizens of this world had long ears, very long hair, royal, elegent clothing, and were very, very strong. Well, those who were trained. Cerinthia was never trained by anyone. She did as she pleased and loved to have fun. This time, her fun was directed right at Kasra. She knew that Kasra secretly enjoyed to sneeze…the little girl giggled as pollen floated around the bigger girl’s face.

Kasra had allergies, and pollen was one of them. She was a beautiful warrior with long, wavy purple hair that sometimes had hints of different colors in it. Her outfits normally were a little revealing, but today not too much skin was showing. It was a big day. Today was the celebration of the founding of the society. Kasra honestly didn’t care too much for history, but she did want to serve her people. It was the right thing to do to be a part of this. She had asked Cerinthia to help her, but Cerinthia had only agreed to do so…if she played this sneezy game with her.

Cerinthia was a fairy. Small, pretty wings, big eyes, good-looking hair, and a nice outfit that never seemed to get dirty. She didn’t look like others around her. She also had an astounding ability to travel between dimensions and had different kinds of powers that she herself didn’t quite know. She had a wand, but mostly she used it to tease other people. She loved to pull small pranks, and most of the time she used those pranks to get the bigger people around her to sneeze. It was funny to her how someone so big could be so vulnerable to her magic. Plus, sneezes were fun to cause in her opinion.

Kasra was fighting off her sneeze, but the pollen wouldn’t allow her to hold it for much longer. Those pollen spores tickled and teased her sinuses, seemingly dancing inside her nose causing it to twitch and tremble. Her cheeks blushed and her nose turned a shade of pink, her head tilted back as her small nostrils flared.

“Ahhh…haaah…HaaeSSHOO!” A strong sneeze for a strong warrior, a small spray of mucus spewed out of her nose and she sniffed wetly. Cerinthia did a flip in the air.

“Looks like I win again! Tee hee!” Winking at the lady, Cerinthia knew a few years ago Kasra would’ve been totally embarrassed about her looks being ‘diminished’ by sneezing. Nowadays the beautiful lady didn’t mind it nearly as much. A sneeze was a sneeze. It had to be done. It didn’t matter how beautiful you were, stunning or ugly, anyone needed to sneeze.

The fairy and warrior moved towards the main place where the society was living. Mother Diava was the leader of it, and Kasra was a solid, trustworthy member. The two found Mother Diava praying to Sanguina, the goddess of the world. Cerinthia gave Kasra a look. Kasra’s eyes grew huge, and they seemed to beg to the fairy not to do what she was about to do. The fairy didn’t, or rather choose not to, stop what she was doing. Pulling out her wand, she used her magic to send her own dust she naturally produced when she flew and levitated it towards Mother Diava’s unsuspecting face.

Mother Diava was always protected with a magic barrier. Unfortunately fairies were so rare she didn’t bother to have her barrier protect her from fairy magic, so the dust passed through the invisible barrier and headed right for its target. Mother Diava’s nose.

The leader’s eyes were closed and she mouthed the words of her prayer to the goddess Sanguina. In her prayer she was silently thanking the goddess for making this society and for the founder of it, Saint Sevasmia. Right as she mouthed those words her nose got a sudden, urgent itch. Not daring to open her eyes during her prayer, she tried to sniff away the tickle, but that just caused the dust she refused to see right in front of her face to take a one-way trip straight into her nose. Surprised at how strong the tickle became after that sniff, her eyes sprung open for a split second before they fluttered and her breath began to hitch.

“He…eaa…ahh…ah-haa-aa…” No! She was the leader of this place! She would not defile her rank by sneezing. Sneezing was beneath someone like her. She would NOT…

“aaaa…ahhhh…” Her nose apparently had no concern about her high power. It only grew more and more irritated the longer Diava held in the sneeze that would have provided it relief.

“HAA’Tphh…” Her hand darted in front of her nose just as the sneeze threatened, and she barely stifled it. Mucus was now on her fingers and she was horrified that she had gotten so close to revealing just how her real sneeze was. Especially in front of one of her warriors! Unfortunately Kasra saw mischief in her fairy friend’s eyes and the fairy magically formed pollen in her hands and she flew right on up to the poor leader.

Mother Diava was desperately trying to think of a way out of this. That stifle was successful, but now the dust was still trapped in her nose. The tickling just would not stop! Her cheeks were blushing, her nose must’ve been turning red now…this was an embarrassment. She opened just one eye, as that was all she could manage since the urge to sneeze was still strong, and it was only the hand pressed directly over her nose that was keeping her sneeze in check. Unfortunately, when she saw the fairy she gasped and her hand shifted just a little bit. This was pretty bad news for her, as immediately her head tilted backwards.

“Aa…aaaahhh…” Before she had a chance to pinch her nose again, the fairy knew what the leader was thinking and decided to play a trick different from the one she was thinking of earlier. She gently blew in her hands and the pollen didn’t go anywhere at first, but then it teleported right on the hand that Mother Diava was using to pinch her nose again. The yellow powdery substance got all over the leader’s nose and now Diava was sniffling and unable to restrain the now undeniable itch in her nose. The combined powder tickling the outside parts where her hand was touching and the dust trapped inside, her nose was about to explode.

“Ahhhh…haaaa…haahhhhh…” Kasra watched in fascination. She had never seen her leader look so helpless before. “Ahhhh-ha-ahh-haa………HAAAASHEE! I…IHTCHEW! A…aaa…HAAAAASHOOOO!” That last sneeze bent her head so forward so suddenly it made her red robes woosh past her back. Her long hair and her big ears were also in different positions and the warrior couldn’t help but stare. This had never happened before…at least, not that Kasra ever knew of. She’d never seen her leader sneeze before!

“…So that’s how she sneezed. Very strong for someone who doesn’t fight.” Kasra whispered in such a quiet way even her leader didn’t hear it, and those big ears could hear a lot. Mother Diava sniffled, her nose had run quite a bit and she realized her sneezes had not been covered by her hands at all. Such unlady like! She’d have to resolve this concern…later. Right now she had to teach the fairy it wasn’t a good idea to mess with Mother Diava…but she paused her revenge thoughts, took a deep breath, and then smiled a false smile.

“You two. Be careful. I sense something.” Right as she said something a boom rocked the whole place. What Mother Diava was trying to do was to trick the fairy in order to put a spell on her, but she didn’t actually count on something like this to really happen. She lied when she said she sensed something…or did she? She couldn’t tell anymore. She’d have to deal with the fairy later. Give her a taste of magic herself. Right now they had to deal with the corruptive power that was undoubtedly Zercius’s doing.

It didn’t take long, but Diava was concerned this wasn’t the only attack, so she sent Cerinthia and Kasra out to check outside. When the two left, she could’ve sworn she heard a light, musical laugh emanating from somewhere. Storming off, annoyed that someone would laugh at a time like this, she didn’t see the goddess herself in the corner of the room. She had been invisible during the whole events that occurred, but she couldn’t help but laugh at the scene that had happened.

“Oh mortals. Such sensitive features you have.” The goddess then disappeared with a laugh, waiting for another opportunity to come down and keep a eye on what was really going on within her society.
This is 'fanwrite' instead of fanart. I've actually wanted to do this earlier...college life makes things I want not happen as quickly as I'd like :(

Karidurosu has a unique gallery and a fun style that isn't common. Check him out if you want! :D He has a LOT of OCs, and he has put a lot of effort into making so many. I decided to write a story for him because I didn't notice many stories he's done.

I could've made a lot of mistakes with their personalities or looks ^^;. I'm sorry if I did...but anyway, I hope you enjoy it Karidurosu! :)

This was extremely nice of you to have made for me!  I loved how creatively you put together Cerinthia's crossover into Kasra's world.  My favorite part was seeing all the clever magic tricks Cerinthia used to make Diava sneeze :3

Is there going to be a second part to this, in which we discover the evils Zercius has wrought upon the Sanguinic half of Tresantia?
